Friend of mine wanted a forum avatar pic with a hint of insanity to it.

This is the first time I've tried coloring fire on me own, think it went quite well as far as pure improvisation goes.

Are was quite happy with it ^^

But seriously, this is pretty damn badass. The only quips I have are that the flames sticking from the behind his head look kinda measly, nad the grin didn't quite fit in under that moustache, somehow I sometimes imagine that his mouth is under the 'stache xP oh well.. Uhh..

Oh yes it all fits together very well you see!
We took exact moustache-measurements to make sure the grin was just big enought to cover the entire face, but still small enough not to put the moustache in the shadow!

And yes those headflames were made in 30 secs right before I disconnected my tablet in screaming frustration to declare that the image was now ze completed...
dodge tool makes ugly flames :O

Yeah Are is "That Aikido guy" =P

Colored it with me' trusty Wacom graphire tablet in Photoshop CS at a lan party. Bloody took me 3 hours! :P

And yeeesh! flames are ze smechkzy ^^ The next flames weel bee bettaaar!

lol =D ..cool that ya bought urself a tablet. whend'ya buy it?? i use a wacom intous 2 a5 size tablet. it's great!! btw, u should download Opencanvas 4+ ..downoad from here! It's a great program for drawing and coloring! =D

Well I don't know which size mine is but I think it was one of the bigger ones :P
It measures about 21 x 26 cm. Unless I put the hardcover on, then it's a5
Bought it about a year ago and never regret the money spent.
